Government gives $1 Billion to big four

Labors Waste Watch spokesperson, Matt Keogh has criticised the Turnbull Government as hypocrites in trying to cut public service positions while shovelling over $1 billion out to consultants and accountants in the last year.

While most public servants have not had a pay rise in over three years, at the same time Australias Big Four accounting firms have received over a billion dollars in fees from this Liberal Government.

For a government that claims to be about budget restraint, its no wonder they have created record debt and deficit when they are outsourcing so much that could be done within the public service for less costs.

This is just another example of the Turnbull Government looking after their mates in the big end of town and making ordinary Australians pay for it.
