ASHBURTON DRIVE PRIMARYS BASKETBALL COURT BOUNCES BACK

A Shorten Labor Government, if elected, will commit $52,000 towards upgrading Ashburton Drive Primary Schools run-down basketball court.

The basketball court has been in dire need of work for years and this funding will help repair and reinstate the asphalt of the court and upgrade backboards and goal rings.

This election will be a choice between a Shorten Labor Government with a plan for education, or more of the Liberals cuts and chaos.

This funding will significantly improve learning and sporting outcomes for students.

A Shorten Labor Government has already committed to delivering the biggest investment in public schools in Australian history to give every child the fair go they deserve.

This record $14 billion investment will ensure public schools get the funding they need to give students more individual attention and more help with the basics.

For Burt this means an extra $33 million schools across the electorate over the first three years of our Fair Go For Schools plan, with Ashburton Drive Primary School set to receive an extra $720,000.
